In collaboration with AIEN and Mayer Brown, join Charles River Associates as we discuss the current state of the hydrogen market, challenges facing project development, and risk mitigation strategies to drive project commercialization. Notably, the conversation will focus on how risk mitigation strategies might differ from other energy projects and how risk mitigation strategies are being deployed as projects have been commercialized in the sector. Panelists are Drake Hernandez from Charles River Associates and Luiz Aboim from Mayer Brown, Febechi Chukwu from Cummins and Fraser Blunt from Ariel Green.

Charles River Associates, alongside Farrer & Co and Essex Court Chambers, will discuss a multi-disciplinary approach to complex legal disputes. Following the lifespan of a claim, the panel will consider building and unpicking allegations of fraud, data interrogation and asset tracing and recovery strategies – including how to tackle creative methods of asset dissipation.
