No, there is no fee to register and attend the conference.

Will there be photography, videography, and social media coverage during the conference?

Yes. A professional photographer and videographer will be onsite throughout the event. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or recordings that may be used in our marketing materials, including print, video, our website, and social media channels. Your event registration serves as your consent to this use. We also encourage you to share your own photos and posts during the conference. When posting, please tag #BrusselsConference_CRA and @Charles River Associates.

Is there a space where I can take a private phone call during the conference?

Yes! New this year, we have reserved the Boudoir as a private conference room, accommodating up to 8 guests, as well as the Empire as a shared conference room, accommodating up to 15 guests. We kindly ask that you limit the length of private calls and conversations so the spaces remain available to other guests.
